Our website includes an estimator and inquiry form. Any price shown by the estimator is an estimate only and is not a binding offer. Prices depend on current inventory, market conditions, diamond specifications, and certification, and are confirmed only in a written quote provided by a LARNER & Co. representative.
Submitting the inquiry form does not create a contract of sale. A binding agreement is formed only when we confirm your order and accept payment. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any inquiry or order at our discretion, including where an item is unavailable, mispriced, or where we suspect fraud.
05 Product information and certification
We supply lab-grown diamonds that are chemically and optically equivalent to mined diamonds. Stones are independently graded and certified by IGI or GIA, and grading reports are available on request. While we strive for accuracy, descriptions, images, weights, and measurements on the website are for general reference; the controlling specifications for any stone are those stated in its grading report and our written quote.
All diamonds offered are lab-grown and are clearly represented as such. We do not represent lab-grown diamonds as mined diamonds.
06 Pricing and payment
- All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
- Confirmed pricing is set out in the written quote we provide and is valid for the period stated in that quote.
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees unless a valid resale or exemption certificate is provided where permitted by law.
- Payment terms, accepted payment methods, and any deposit requirements will be specified at the time of sale.
07 Shipping and delivery
Orders are shipped insured and tracked from our Salt Lake City office. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on the item, destination, and carrier. Risk of loss passes according to the shipping terms stated in your order confirmation. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and for ensuring someone is available to accept and sign for insured deliveries where required.
08 Returns
Returns may be available depending on the item and the terms of your order. Specific return eligibility, timeframes, and conditions (including the requirement that stones be returned in their original condition with their certification) will be confirmed with your order. To start a return or ask about eligibility, contact us at trade@larnerco.com. Custom, special-order, or modified items may not be eligible for return.
